Delivery
After your order
We process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. Once the order has been processed, the delivery time is 1-3 working days and you collect the package from your post office. When the package has arrived, you will receive an SMS notification. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If you have not received this within 1 working day, you should contact our customer service on telephone number 023-79 28 00 .
Delivery options
We offer the following shipping options with PostNord:
For a total order value under SEK 500:
- Home delivery as letter to letterbox/outside the door - even if the recipient is not at home
- Home delivery or to a specific agent – the recipient can choose the day and time for home delivery or which agent they want to pick up at
For a total order value over SEK 500:
- Delivery to the nearest agent
- Home delivery or to a specific agent – the recipient can choose the day and time for home delivery or which agent they want to pick up at
Shipping cost
Depending on the selected shipping option, shipping with PostNord costs from SEK 39 up to SEK 89.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.
Unclaimed packages
A fee of SEK 150 is charged for packages that have not been picked up. The fee corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package, as well as the costs to receive it in return. If you changed your mind when the package has already been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and then send it back.
